All digital product purchases are fulfilled automatically, with access instructions and download links delivered electronically immediately upon completed transaction confirmation.
Because our products are digital goods delivered instantly, all sales are considered final once the product has been downloaded or accessed. We accept refund requests only if made within 7 days of purchase and before the file has been downloaded. Once downloaded, the product is considered delivered and consumed, and is no longer eligible for a refund, except where required by applicable law.
